**Composition:**
Mecobalamin (also known as Methylcobalamin, Active B12)

**Pharmaceutical Forms:**

**Indications:**
Mecobalamin is indicated for the following conditions:
1. Peripheral neuropathy.
2. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
3. Megaloblastic anemia caused by Vitamin B12 deficiency.
4. Sensory disturbances such as numbness, pain, and paresthesia, especially in patients with hyperthyroidism.
5. Sciatic nerve inflammation.
6. As a supplement for patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
7. Individuals following a vegetarian or restricted diet.
8. Low back pain, particularly in pregnant women with B12 deficiency during pregnancy.
9. Complementary therapy in cases of Vitamin B12 deficiency, especially for patients taking PPI (Proton Pump Inhibitors) and Metformin.
