**Composition:**
Each Metran product contains Mecobalamin, which is also known as Methylcobalamin or Active B12.

**Pharmaceutical Forms:**
Metran is available in two pharmaceutical forms:
1. Injection Form (Ampule)
2. Oral Form (Capsule)

**Indications:**
Metran is indicated for various medical conditions, including but not limited to:
1. Peripheral neuropathy.
2. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
3. Megaloblastic anemia caused by Vitamin B12 deficiency.
4. Sensory disturbances such as numbness, pain, and paresthesia, particularly in patients with hyperthyroidism.
5. Sciatic nerve inflammation.
6. As a supplement for patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
7. Individuals who are vegetarians or following restrictive diets.
8. Low back pain management, especially during pregnancy and for B12 deficiency related to pregnancy loss.
9. Complementary therapy for cases of Vitamin B12 deficiency, especially in patients taking PPI (Proton Pump Inhibitors) and Metformin.
